“For the 2015 holiday season, NKPR created a charitable initiative called the 26 Hours of Kindness. In lieu of holiday gifts, the whole NKPR team came together to organize and execute a program that spanned over 26 consecutive hours, focusing on spreading warmth and holiday cheer among the community. The initiative supported 12 separate charities and spread cheer throughout the city with random acts of kindness. Some of the activities included: cooking dinners at St. Felix Centre, delivering care packages for night workers at local hospitals and carolling for commuters at Union Station.”
