Boosting Customer Service and Marketing a Brand During a Pandemic

Posted on

While businesses work to navigate their structures during the pandemic, real estate developers have been quick to adapt their strategies in order to build a prosperous future, post-COVID. Our President, Natasha Koifman, recently chatted with Building Excellence Magazine, discussing top tips on boosting your customer experience and marketing your brand during a pandemic, as well as why it’s so valuable – now, more than ever.

“During these uncertain times, it’s crucial for real estate developers to revisit brand values to make sure communications align with vision…”

— Natasha Koifman, President, NKPR

From spearheading an innovative, socially-distanced event with Lanterra Developments, embracing digital transformation through platforms like SaleFish, instilling customer confidence through new safety guidelines like Fusion Homes, or harnessing the power of philanthropy like Lifetime Developments, we’re proud to work with our clients as they pivot their business strategies to come out stronger than ever during these evolving times.

Our top three tips to help navigate a business in this landscape are to embrace digital transformation, instil consumer confidence, and use all the tools in your brand toolbox. It’s not the time to stay silent on social media – being authentic and genuine with your audience will go a long way!

Lanterra Developments: ‘Tour de Toronto 2020 – Cycle for a Cure’

Posted on

Coordinating an event amidst a pandemic isn’t easy. The regulations and safety measures that need to be accounted for are greater, now, more than ever…which is why Lanterra‘s “Tour de Toronto: Cycle for a Cure” was one for the books! Our team is so grateful to have worked beside Lanterra to pull together a one-of-a-kind event that raised money for the Canadian Cancer Society and showcased Lanterra’s newest developments in an incredibly innovative way.

On August 12, Lanterra became the first developer to hold a fundraiser via live stream – with a bikeathon! The event was designed to help agents, purchasers and business associates in the city explore the newly-expanded urban bike routes that surround Lanterra’s real estate developments. Starting at Notting Hill Condos and finishing all the way down at No.31 Condos, the event was a huge success from start to finish. President and CEO of Lanterra, Barry Fenton, was proud to dedicate this bikeathon to the late Barbara Nash Fenton, his beloved wife who passed in 2017 after fighting a brave battle with cancer.

Hosted by none other than Maurie and Shem from KiSS 92.5 and emcee’d by our friend and media personality, Taylor Kaye, the energy could be felt across the city. We were even joined by the Mayor of Toronto, John Tory! The audience was kept engaged with exciting giveaways and performances by Sole Power, followed by a celebration in the Distillery District (with the BEST food truck options)!

With social distancing, safety and everyone’s wellness top-of-mind, it was a new take on event planning for our team!

The Cutest Celebrity Baby Reveals

Posted on

With the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s bundle of joy set to arrive any day now, the world is patiently waiting to get that first glimpse of the newborn royal. While typically the royals step out a few hours after the birth to present the baby to media and onlookers, Meghan and Harry don’t always follow palace protocol. So as we hang tight to see what happens, here’s a look at some of the cutest celebrity baby reveals. Be prepared to smile.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte & Prince Louis

The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge, who have three children, revealed them to the world in traditional royal fashion. Prince George got his closeup outside of St. Mary’s Hospital in London on July 22, 2013, Princess Charlotte on May 2, 2015, and Prince Louis on April 23, 2018.

Shiloh, Vivienne & Knox Jolie-Pitt

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie introduced their biological children to the public in the pages of People magazine. Shiloh appeared on the cover in 2006, while Vivienne and Knox got their turn in 2008. Word is the money Brad and Angelina received for this was donated to charity.

Max & Emme Anthony

In 2008 the world couldn’t wait to meet Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony’s twins, and since this was before Instagram, scoring the cover of People was the biggest way to do it.

Sir & Rumi Carter

Beyonce broke an Instagram record in 2017 when she revealed she was expecting twins with husband Jay-Z. Fast forward 5 months to this beautiful (and over the top) photo of Sir & Rumi celebrating their one month birthday.
