Grand Opening: That’s Italy
July 4, 2016, 8:01 pm
On June 23rd NKPR took a trip to Italy— free of customs and jet lag! All our first-class guests, including fashion icon Jeanne Beker and fashion director George Antonopoulos received an exclusive preview of That’s Italy, Toronto’s newest concept store.
Guests sipped Prosecco and enjoyed an Italian menu by Gusto 54 while they previewed over 40 coveted Italian brands. Key looks were showcased on models, including this stunning sequinned Italian flag dress by Impero Couture.
To capture the evening, snapshots were taken in front of the custom lemon wall (a citrus source of Almalfi) created by Caspar Haydar Designs.
The bright and elegant interior design pays homage to Italian luxury and brings a slice of Italy to this side of the Atlantic! The Italian craftsmanship continues past the intimate café to the exquisite Impero Couture Bridal Salon on the second floor – the first of its kind in Canada. Each wall is lined with intricately designed Italian gowns and evening wear for women, men and even the littlest of guests!
That’s Italy brings true Italian culture to life, offering a personalized and unique shopping experience like no where else in the city.
As the bella notte came to an end, everyone left with a special souvenir to commemorate their ‘time in Italy’— no passport required.
