It feels like there is so much noise out there about expectations. This monologue by the incredible @americaferrera is a powerful reflection on the experiences so many of us feel at varying times - the delicate balance that women navigate, trying to be enough while feeling the pressures of trying not to be “too much.” Not every part of this will resonate with everyone, but many of us have felt the weight of those expectations in some way.

At the heart of it, what we truly seek is to simply BE. To exist authentically and unapologetically, free from the fear of being judged or misunderstood.

That’s why, now more than ever, creating spaces where we can lift each other up, embrace our unique journeys, and thrive together is so integral.
