Audax Architecture is a Toronto-based, full-service architecture and interior design firm renowned for its innovative “Human Architecture” philosophy. Under the leadership of Founding Principal Gianpiero Pugliese, Audax has established a reputation for blending traditional architectural elements with modern aesthetics, creating spaces that are both functional and emotionally resonant. Audax sought to expand its presence into the competitive New York City market, aiming to connect with top-tier design professionals and luxury real estate developers. The goal was to build brand awareness, showcase their unique design philosophy, and establish credibility within the NYC design community. NKPR strategized and executed an Audax and Officine Gullo New York Event to meet these objectives. 

What We Did

Event Conceptualization and Partnership: We proposed a strategic event partnership between Audax and Officine Gullo, a luxury kitchen manufacturer known for its artisanal craftsmanship. This collaboration aimed to host an exclusive event at Officine Gullo’s New York City showroom, aligning with the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) to maximize industry visibility.

Content Development and Speaker Engagement: The event featured a curated fireside chat titled “Human Architecture,” with Audax’s Gianpiero Pugliese discussing the firm’s design philosophy. To enhance the event’s appeal, we secured Eleonora Srugo, a prominent real estate broker and star of Netflix’s Selling the City, to co-host the conversation.

Event Design and Production: We designed the event as a multi-sensory brand experience, incorporating elements such as:

    • Cocktails and canapés to foster networking
    • An Audax-produced video introducing the “Human Architecture” philosophy
    • A 20-minute fireside chat followed by a Q&A session
    • Curated gift bags for attendees
    • Full-service production and logistics, including photography, speaker preparation, and creative direction

Audience Targeting and Media Outreach: Invitations were sent to over 100 key media and influencers within the interior design and architecture sectors. We also engaged with luxury real estate professionals to ensure a diverse and influential guest list.

Content Capture and Distribution: High-quality content was captured throughout the event, including photography and video interviews, to extend the conversation beyond the event itself. This content was strategically distributed across digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Results

Event Attendance: Hosted an exclusive, sold-out Audax and Officine Gullo New York event with over 70 influential guests from the design, architecture, and luxury real estate sectors. This included press such as Luxe Interiors + Design, Modern Luxury Media, Spaced Magazine, and Schneps Media.

Media Coverage: The event garnered coverage from notable publications such as Luxe Interiors + Design, Modern Luxury Media, Spaced Magazine, and Schneps Media, enhancing Audax’s visibility in the NYC market.

Brand Positioning: Audax was positioned as a thought leader in the NYC design community, effectively communicating their “Human Architecture” philosophy to a targeted audience.

Influencer Engagement: Eleonora Srugo’s involvement attracted additional media interest and reinforced Audax’s relevance to top-tier real estate clients.
