Glowbal Group and Black & Blue:
Glowbal Restaurant Group is one of Vancouver’s leading restaurant groups, founded by restaurateur Emad Yacoub. NKPR was approached by Glowbal Group to manage the launch of their first Ontario restaurant, their flagship restaurant concept, premium steakhouse brand Black+Blue.
Opportunity
- Develop strategic PR plans around Glowbal’s expansion into Ontario with Black+Blue, while creating a profile for Emad Yacoub outside of Vancouver.
What We Did
- Executed a media relations strategy that focused on Glowbal’s entry into Ontario with Black+Blue, while establishing Emad Yacoub as one of the countries most successful restaurateurs.
- Developed an opening strategy for newly opened Black+Blue, to establish the venue as one of the best new destinations for a premium steakhouse experience in Toronto and help drive sales.
- Provided ongoing PR support to have Black+Blue included in feature story opportunities and the best of lists in Toronto and Canada.
Results
- Over 30 million impressions secured around Black+Blue’s opening and Glowbal’s expansion into Ontario.
