Lifetime Developments: X02 Condos Project Launch

Opportunity
Lifetime Developments was the first Toronto developer to launch a high-rise project in 2022 with XO2 Condos at King & Dufferin. As Lifetime’s agency of record, NKPR was challenged to make a splash for the launch across top-tier real estate, business, and lifestyle media, spotlighting Lifetime’s artistic partnership with Matthew Del Degan, better known as the creator behind Lovebot.
What We Did
- Secured feature coverage on the project in top-tier national outlets, including National Post’s On the Map column, Toronto Star, and Toronto Sun, as well as meaningful trade features in publications such as Urban Toronto, Storeys, Livabl, Condo Life, New Home + Condo Guide, and more.
- Secured a feature story with men’s lifestyle outlet, Sharp Magazine, profiling the artistic partnership with Lifetime Developments and Lovebot for XO2 Condos
- Collaborated with the Lifetime team on the social media strategy for the project, managing the release of assets on all social platforms while engaging key stakeholders (brokers, partners, and end-users) and provided counsel on digital advertisements, OOH advertising, and media partnerships, and brand positioning of XO2.
Results
NKPR’s PR strategy generated over 13 million media impressions and built excitement and buzz for the project, ultimately driving sales to reach Lifetime’s target sales goal in less than two weeks.
