Lifetime Developments is renowned for its creation of thriving residential neighbourhoods and successful commercial properties in the GTA. NKPR was approached by Lifetime Developments to generate feature stories and support in strategic events timed to build excitement around the launch of Q Tower and the collaboration with famed artist Michael Moebius.
Opportunity
Develop strategic PR plans around the collaboration with artist Michael Moebius and Lifetime Developments, for the new Q Tower project launch to keep Q Tower top of mind as the most exciting and newest development project in the downtown Toronto Core.
What We Did
- We developed and executed a media relations strategy that focused on Michael Moebius’ international stature, the prestigious of his first ever N. American collaboration and the pieces that are incorporated into Q Tower, especially the iconic image of Queen Elizabeth – all of which elevated the prestige and royal British ethos of the project
- We initiated a press/media tour with Brian Brown (principal at Lifetime Development) and Michael Moebius, including broadcast, tv and key print outlets to build the excitement of the future plans for Q Tower
- We also developed key broker and realtor engagement strategies which included a strategically timed rooftop launch event showcasing the stunning views from the Q Tower, and an exclusive VIP dinner at Galerie de Bellefeuille with an exclusive meet and greet with Michael Moebius, hosted by Lifetime Developments
Results
- Secured feature media coverage for Q Tower in top Toronto-focused news outlets including CP24, Zoomer Magazine, Living Luxe, View the Vibe and Urban Toronto. The campaign secured over 24 million impressions
- Generated buzz, social media chatter and excitement via a spectacular rooftop industry launch event that was attended by hundred of brokers and agents as well as an intimate gallery dinner for top VIP guests.
- The Q Tower launch has been the most successful launch of 2023 in Toronto.
