At The Summer Edit with @lauracanada ☀️✨ We recen At The Summer Edit with @lauracanada ☀️✨

We recently welcomed an inspiring group of fashion creators for a creative-led afternoon designed to explore personal style through Laura’s Spring Summer 2026 collection.

Set in a summer-inspired space at the @torontobeachclub, guests were styled in looks from the new Laura collection before joining a guided vision board workshop led by @taniatonello, where they explored the images, moods, and inspiration shaping their summer style. 🎨✨

What I loved most was watching creativity unfold in real time. It was a reminder that style is not  just about trends. It’s about identity, confidence, and self-expression. What we wear is often a reflection of who we are and how we want to show up in the world.

As someone who spends their career helping brands tell meaningful stories and bring them to life through thoughtful experiences, I always appreciate moments that encourage people to tell their own. 💫

What does your style say about you this season? 👗☀️

Entrepreneurship looks very different today than i Entrepreneurship looks very different today than it did when I started @nkpr.inc 24 years ago…

Back then, there was no LinkedIn or instant access to anyone you wanted to reach. Building success took time, persistence, and relationships.

Today, we have access to more than we ever could have imagined. Ideas can move from thought to execution in a matter of hours. Knowledge, tools, and platforms sit right at our fingertips, allowing us to build, test, and share in real time.

But what hasn’t changed is the heart of it.

Entrepreneurship is still about connection. It’s still about trust. It’s still about the people who believe in your vision early and grow with you over time.

At the end of the day, the tools will keep changing. The opportunity now is not just to build, but to build with intention while everything is still evolving.

The most impactful partnerships are the ones that The most impactful partnerships are the ones that bring the right people, brands, and ideas together. 🖤

Working alongside our client partner @sierracommunities on One Ten Avenue Road, in collaboration with ELLE Decoration and @ellecanada, gave us the opportunity to tell a thoughtful design story across print, digital, and social.

At the centre of it all was the introduction of “Crafted By You,” a unique approach to customization that allows purchasers to collaborate with Architect @Richardwengle and a curated group of leading interior designers, including @mason_studio, @kimlambertdesign, @kellyharveyliving, and @twofoldinteriors, to create a home that reflects their individual lifestyle and vision.

From a feature in ELLE Decoration to an intimate conversation within the design community, the project sparked meaningful dialogue around what luxury living looks like today.

Set between Yorkville and the Annex, One Ten continues to stand out for its commitment to craftsmanship, individuality, and a deeply personalized approach to living.

What I find most compelling is the idea that luxury today is increasingly personal. It’s about creating a home that reflects your lifestyle, vision, and individuality. ✨

I started @nkpr.inc in 2002. This month marks 24 y I started @nkpr.inc in 2002. This month marks 24 years since I took the leap and built a business grounded in purpose, people, creativity, and a willingness to evolve with the world around us.

From the beginning, we’ve believed that staying relevant requires curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new ways of thinking. It’s a mindset that has shaped how we’ve grown and how we help our clients navigate change, tell meaningful stories, and connect in ways that matter.

I’ve loved every chapter of this journey. From our first office on John Street, to 13 wonderful years on Adelaide, each space reflected a different season of growth - filled with ambitious ideas, incredible people, lasting friendships and some of the most important moments in our company’s history.

When @erichendrikx and I first walked through 686 Richmond Street West, it was mostly a shell - but full of potential. We toured it at 9 a.m. and had an offer in by 11.

Three years later, it’s everything we envisioned: a creative hub where ideas move freely between workstations, meeting rooms, lounge spaces, and the rooftop. This space has been shaped by the people in it, where we’ve built campaigns, hosted friends, and celebrated milestones.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that leadership evolves. Creativity doesn’t only happen at a desk, it happens in conversation, collaboration, and the moments in between. The space adapts to the work, not the other way around.

What started as a new chapter now feels lived in and full of energy, a reflection of how we gather, create, and grow together.

We’re sharing a refreshed office tour to celebrate where we are today. 🖤✨
