I don’t know if anyone is feeling the same way… but I definitely cherish the weekends where I can take a bit of time to reflect, relax and recharge emotionally, physically and spiritually. I love my career and feel so grateful for my everyday.. but to ensure I am fully present for everyone else I need to start with showing up for myself. The way I do that is simply… just being present with myself. I brew a cup of tea… sit in my favourite chair and just appreciate the quiet. This weekend, make some “me” time. Be grateful for all the good in your life. And pray for the beautiful energy you want to bring into your world. 🖤🍃🫖
