My love for @ritzcarltontoronto’s @tocatoronto runs deep, especially after dining at the Chef’s Table. If you know me, you know Italian cuisine has my heart, and TOCA is always a chef’s kiss. 🤌✨

The magic behind this exceptional experience is Chef Alessandro Panattoni, the Executive Sous Chef, who took the reins last summer. Born and raised in Italy, Chef Panattoni brings a taste of his homeland wherever he goes, and his expertise shines through every dish. And guess what? Sotto Sotto—OF COURSE—is on his resume, another favorite of mine where his culinary talents truly impressed.

But here’s where my heart truly skips a beat: TOCA’s winter menu. For those who haven’t had the chance to experience it yet, now is the perfect time to discover the Cresta di Gallo Pasta with Cacio e Pepe. It’s a love letter to Italian culinary tradition. The flavours are rich, the pasta perfectly made, and every bite takes you straight to the rolling hills of Rome (I’m getting carried away, but you get it).

In short, if you want a little slice of Italy right here in the city, TOCA is calling your name. Mangia!
