Viñoly’s dedication to this project is sure to shine through every detail. Spanning four towers, this master-planned community will boast multiple publicly accessible open areas, fostering a vibrant environment for both residents and the wider community. Offering a dynamic fusion of residential, office, retail, and public spaces, this transformative venture is poised to redefine Toronto’s rapidly growing Midtown - and we can’t wait to see it!

In collaboration with Johnson Chou Interiors, we’ve challenged workspace norms, blending comfort, practicality, innovation, art and vintage sophistication seamlessly.
Even the smallest details have been meticulously sourced and speak volumes to @nkpr.inc’s ethos—precision, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to crafting compelling narratives for our client partners.
As our team breathes life into this space, I’m reminded of the countless moments of collaboration, inspiration, and growth we’ve had in the past months and many more that await us in our beautiful new home.✨
