There are moments when you look around the city an There are moments when you look around the city and think, this is why I love Toronto. 🖤✨
June felt like one of those months.

In just a few short weeks, @Blooryorkville became a stage for some of the city’s most memorable moments. We welcomed @Niallhoran for an intimate fan experience at the @powderroomyorkville, bringing  music lovers together from across the country. We watched Soccer Fest transform the neighbourhood into a celebration of the world’s game as excitement for FIFA World Cup 2026™ continues to build across Toronto. ⚽🌎

Then came Father’s Day weekend, when Bloor Street was filled with more than 250,000 visitors for the 16th annual Yorkville Exotic Car Show. Beyond the incredible cars, what stood out most was the impact. Together, the Yorkville Exotic Car Show community raised more than $265,000 in support of @melanomacanada, demonstrating the power of bringing people together around a meaningful cause. ❤️

Congratulations as well to @Ricknk, who was honoured with the Yorkville Exotic Car Show Lifetime Achievement Award. 🏎️❤️We have had the privilege of working alongside Rick for more than 20 years at @nkpr.inc, he is truly deserving of this recognition. His passion, dedication and commitment have helped shape this event into the iconic Toronto tradition it is today.

As June continued, the @torontojazzfest brought its signature energy back to the neighbourhood, filling parks, patios, and streets with music and reminding us why summer in Toronto is unlike anywhere else. 🎷✨

What I love most about Bloor-Yorkville after nearly two decades of working together is its ability to create experiences that bring people together. Whether through music, sport, culture, philanthropy, or community, it continues to find new ways to make the city feel vibrant.

If June was any indication, Toronto is in for an incredible summer. ☀️❤️

🇨🇦 Why did the @Zellers1928 comeback actually work 🇨🇦 Why did the @Zellers1928 comeback actually work?

Because bringing back a beloved brand isn’t the hard part. Making it relevant again is.
When Zellers reopened its flagship store in Toronto, it wasn’t simply selling nostalgia. It gave Canadians new reasons to fall in love with a brand they already knew.

The comeback looked forward. A modern retail experience. New brands. Influencer partnerships. National media attention. Even the opening day experience, from the Zellers Diner on Wheels and complimentary ice pops to the return of the iconic kiddie ride and a 25-foot Zeddy Bear, reminded people why they loved Zellers while creating new memories for a new generation. By balancing nostalgia with what Canadians want today, Zellers made its comeback feel relevant, not just familiar.

That’s what made this such a smart PR strategy. The strongest brand comebacks don’t try to recreate the past. They honour what people loved while giving them a reason to come back.

Swipe through for my #NKPOV on why Zellers’ return resonated with Canadians and what every brand can learn from it. 🖤

Have you visited the new Zellers yet? I’d love to hear your thoughts. 👇

Have you heard of the Maccabi Games? It’s just lik Have you heard of the Maccabi Games? It’s just like the Olympics 🏅

I recently sat down with principal @lifetime_dev, @lifetime_brianbrown, Co-Chair of the @torontojccmaccabi Games, to talk about what it means to bring this global event to Toronto in 2026 and why this moment matters.

As Toronto prepares to host the Games for the first time in more than 40 years, Brian shared why this is about so much more than sport. It’s about identity, leadership, and creating opportunities for young athletes to feel proud of who they are.

Brian reflects on their unique host family program, where these teens arriving from around the world stay with local families instead of hotels, giving them the opportunity to connect more deeply across borders.
The Maccabi Games have always stood for something bigger than competition. They are about community, resilience, and belonging. At a time when creating spaces where young people can connect, compete, and celebrate their identity matters deeply, these Games represent something truly special.

Watch the full conversation and tell us: what does representation in sport mean to you?

The @torontojccmaccabi is looking for incredible brand partners for the 2026 Games.
If your brand believes in the power of community, connection, we’d love to hear from you. ✨
Join us in helping bring this unforgettable event to life while supporting thousands of young athletes from around the world.

I’m so glad to hear that @McEwanFoods is arriving at Bayview Village in 2027, alongside recent additions like @TilleyOfficial that just arrived and HANK on the way this summer.

Bayview Village has been part of my life for more than 30 years. From my very first job in retail to countless shopping trips over the years, it’s always been a place I love coming back to.

Whether I’m looking for the perfect summer basics, a vintage designer treasure, make-up must haves or gourmet finds for a weekend entertaining, Bayview Village truly is my one-stop destination.

There’s something special about a place that continues to evolve while still feeling familiar, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back.

What’s on your summer shopping list? ☀️
