That’s exactly why @nkpr.inc was proud to host a #focusgroup for @PerigonLife, a voluntary benefits platform founded by industry leader Marty Shaw. The conversation centered on a critical question: What do Canadians really want when it comes to financial security and workplace benefits?

Traditional benefit packages have long been a staple of employment, but they often leave little room for personalization. #PerigonLife is changing that, empowering employees to choose benefits that fit their lives, whether it’s mental health coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, or other options that many don’t even realize are available.

To ensure Perigon is delivering a platform that truly meets the needs of today’s workforce, we engaged HR leaders, the very people responsible for making these decisions on behalf of employees. Their insights reinforced the growing demand for flexibility, autonomy, and a more holistic approach to financial well-being.

At #NKPR, we don’t just amplify great ideas, we help bring them to life. By facilitating these conversations, we’re supporting Perigon in launching a #workbenefits platform that reflects the evolving needs of North American workers. A truly exciting initiative, and one we’re honoured to be part of.

In that spirit, we were proud to help develop the concept for @corcoranhorizon Design Dialogues—a series of intimate gatherings designed to elevate the voices of builders, designers, and architects who are reimagining the spaces we inhabit and the way we experience them.

The first event in the series brought together Adrienne Lake of @corcoranhorizon and Gianpiero Pugliese of @audax.ca for a thought-provoking discussion on Human Architecture, Gianpiero’s philosophy of creating beautiful spaces that stand the test of time. By blending timeless principles with modern innovation, his work explores how to design with human-scaled principles to create buildings that people love and protect for generations. With a curated group of real estate and design enthusiasts, we delved into the art of placemaking and the power of designing human-centric spaces.

This is just the beginning. As these conversations unfold, we remain committed to celebrating bold ideas, championing design that resonates, and opening space for dialogue that sparks lasting impact. More to come—stay tuned.
