Feeling nostalgic today ♥️

Every year around my birthday, I find myself thinking about young Natasha, a little immigrant girl, full of innocence, promise, and a bit of anxiety. She arrived in a new country with wide eyes and a heart full of dreams and possibilities. I remember her navigating the complexities of this unfamiliar world, learning and growing, facing challenges with resilience and, at times, fear — of the unknown, of everything being so new. I was there with her through every up and down.

I watched as she conquered fears, learned new skills, and built lasting friendships and a sense of belonging. I saw her take bold leaps, starting a family, launching and growing a business, and becoming unshakable in her pursuit of the life she envisioned for herself and her son.

Looking back, I’ve realized that this is the life I once only dreamed of. A life full of opportunity and purpose, one that fills me with gratitude EVERY DAY for the incredible people I get to work with and the meaningful work we do together.

This video was created after the launch of #NatashaTheResidences with @LanterraDev, and young Natasha could never have imagined collaborating on a 47-story building being named after her. Watching the success of this project, selling 75% of the building in just the first several weeks of launch, is an achievement she surely didn’t see coming. But here she is today: that little girl, now a woman, still growing, still reaching.

And she / I have one message to share with you all today: We all have the potential to dream, overcome, learn, and create lives that inspire others.
