#NationalVodkaDay With Hounds Vodka!

In honour of National Vodka Day, we thought we would share a selection of our favourite Hounds cocktails created by bartenders and mixologists across the country. Read on for some awesome recipes…

‘To the Moon and Black”

1.5 oz Hounds Vodka
0.75 oz Crème de cassis
1.5 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup

Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass until chilled.
Strain over fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
Garnish with fresh blackberries.
‘Hustle & JLo’

0.5 oz of Hounds Black Vodka 
0.25 oz of St. Germain
0.25 oz Simple Syrup

Shake and top with 4 oz of bubbly.
Garnish with lemon peel on rim .
‘The Bloodhound’

4oz Cranberry juice
A splash of 7Up
1oz of Hounds

Garnish with a lime wedge.
‘Smoking Phoenix’

0.5 Hounds Vodka
0.5 Amaro Nonino
3 Dashes of Salt 
Lemon Zest 

Muddle 1 lemon wheel, stir on ice.
‘Black Tigers Eye’

1.75oz of Hounds Vodka
0.5 Mezcal ( Leyenda Tlacuache Organic)
1oz Lemon juice 
1oz Chilli honey simple syrup
1oz Egg whites ( Vegan option Aqua Fava) 
Splash of Absinthe 

Garnish – dried lemon wheel and edible purple glitter mixed with Angostura bitters sprayed on top.
‘The Judy Garland’

0.75 oz Hounds Vodka
3 dashes of rhubarb bitters
0.5 oz Honey syrup
0.25 oz Grenadine 

Shake, pour, fill with crushed ice.
Top with lemon tonic fever tree.
Garnish with lemon wheel & butterfly pea flowers.
Finish off with 0.25 oz Grenadine.
