•    25ml  bottlegreen ginger & lemongrass cordial

•    25ml pineapple juice

•    6 mint leaves

•    2 lime wedges

•    Soda water

•   1 oz. SKYY vodka (optional)

Glass: Highball

Decoration: Lemon Peel

Method:

·      Build ingredients in glass and stir

·      Strain into highball and top with soda
