Earlier this month, we hosted the 18th edition of IT House- our interactive and experiential lounge, at The Purman Building (future home of Natasha The Residences). Taking place a block away from Festival street right in the heart of the TIFF festivities, IT House offered guests the opportunity to enjoy some much-needed R&R away from film festival madness, and explore amazing activations too! This year, our theme spotlighted Canadian and international brands that are making waves in Canada. Want to know what we had in store for our guests this year? Read on to find out!
Inspired by a dream dressing room, Joseph Ribkoff‘s vignette invited guests for the ultimate style experience. Fashion connoisseurs got a glimpse of the brand’s upcoming Fall/Winter 2022 collection, received product knowledge and were styled for a glamorous photo shoot at the Hello! Canada celebrity portrait studio – truly such a red carpet experience!
We also had Hey Babe Cosmetics and Hair God Toronto give our guests premiere-worthy touch-ups while Starks Barber Co’s suave pop-up came complete with a swivel barber’s chair, hair trolley, full-length mirror and more.
MCM Worldwide’s beautiful walk-in closet was a real hit as were all the sips and snacks our guests were treated to while they explored the lounge, courtesy of Lobos 1707, Ceders Non-Alcoholic Spirits, Purplesful Popcorn, Better Rhodes and Flow Water.
But there’s more…On hand to prep us for the upcoming season was Regimen Lab’s skincare station, while Lifted Fitness‘ decor-inspired exercise equipment truly elevated the space! Last but definitely not the least was the epitome of elegance, La Bonne Fille Fine Tea’s cafe pop-up that served up some amazing photo moments against a custom backdrop painted by renowned local artist, Bacon. Guests indulged in the different flavours of LBF amidst a refined and modern cafe setting.
We love how the IT House has become a hub for media, talent and VIPs who are looking to recharge and relax during the hustle and bustle of festival season, and we are forever grateful to our sponsors and partners who always put their best foot forward and contribute to the success of the IT House year after year.
