Sending a huge CONGRATULATIONS to @madisonhomes for the much-anticipated launch of Brooklin Towns.🏡Situated at Baldwin St. South and Roybrook Ave in Whitby, Ontario, this new development is set to redefine modern living.

On Tuesday, at an event hosted by @david_pinard, @madisonhomes gathered brokers and agents to toast 159 beautifully crafted homes over cocktails and local delicious eats!

This project marks the inception of a promising journey for Madison Group in the Brooklin and Durham region, right next to @TipTopCreamery, one of my favourite ice cream shops!

The interiors of #BrooklinTowns, by @createdesignandco, draw inspiration from the vibrant and timeless elements of the 90’s era.✨

But it wasn’t all business. @madisonhomes really brought their A-game at this event, where guests got a bit competitive in a fun high-stakes ball game, where for each hoop scored, @madisonhomes made a donation to @sunrisedss! 🏀

Their dedication to the local community was on full display, as guests struck a pose against new permanent murals painted by Canadian artist, @416artistry.

We had an absolute blast! And, we’re so proud of @madisonhome and this new launch.🥂

Before we dive into this cover, I want to take some time to reflect on the significance of designing your life alongside like-minded people. To me, relationships hold immeasurable value, not for personal gain, but for the potential that emerges when two or more souls align.💫

For over two decades, I’ve been fortunate to call @petertunney my friend. Together, we’ve created moments of mischief 😅 and moments of great impact. Our collaborative work spans from initiatives like @artistforpeace and our passion for creating change in #Haiti to our work with #NatashatheResidences.

I have so much of his meaningful artwork throughout my spaces. From the moment you step into my home, you’re met with ‘Gratitude’. When you enter my office, you’ll find the words ‘Treasure Time’. Even the @rickowensonline dress I’m wearing on the cover has Peter’s touch, with the word ‘LIBERTY’ on its side - these words serve as a reminder of our shared values.🤗

I am deeply honored to grace the September cover of @livingluxmagazine alongside my friend and kindred spirit, @petertunney. Our journey has been a remarkable one, and it’s a testament to what happens when like-minded individuals unite.🙌
