What a week!

Last week was so packed with events that our office was constantly buzzing with energy! Our Social Media Week event Truth, Dare, Double Dare, Promise to Retweet (read about it here) and the world premiere of Barry Avrich’s Unauthorized: The Harvey Weinstein Project were both amazing. (I’ll be blogging about Unauthorized on Wednesday so check back for photos!)

An event that NKPR looks forward to every year was held on Tuesday: the fifth annual Big Mingle cocktail party co-hosted by Blouin, Dunn and Giffin Koerth. The insurance industry crowd— claims managers from the CICMA/CIAA Joint Conference and participants of the OIAA Claims 2011 event—loved the event space at Maison Mercer and the Mad Men theme! In true NKPR style, we took the theme to the creative extreme with cigarette girls adding to the 1960’s atmosphere, a “smoking lounge” where guests had fun posing for photos and Mad Men-inspired cocktails, including Manhattans, Vodka Gimlets and—Don Draper’s favourite—the Old Fashioned.
