Event Planning & Management

From concept to creation, we plan and execute events that leave clients overjoyed and audiences buzzing about the brand for years to come. We understand the attention to detail, organization, planning, and support required to bring an event concept to life. We connect you with team members who are experienced in event management. We are seasoned at working events on all scales – from intimate dinners of 10 to festivals of 10,000+.  Our event services broadly cover (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Product Launch Events (25-100 attendees): From immersive media and influencer-focused product releases – to annual stakeholder previews – to large-scale events – we work closely with our clients to tailor the event to the exact needs of their target audiences.

  • Philanthropic & Industry Galas (200+ guests): From facilitating the venue and planning the perfect menu to working alongside AV to perfectly time the night’s run-of-show, it’s all-hands-on-deck for our largest events. We’ve worked with partners, including Manolo Blahnik at the Bata Shoe Museum, Artists for Peace and Justice, the Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards, Dare to Wear Love, and more.

  • Film Festival Events: Since 2009, NKPR has been a leader in events during the Toronto film festival. We have planned and executed client and partner events. Our annual IT House is a multi-brand experiential activation and lounge space for film talent, international media, and special guests. We host sponsored activations consisting of panels, immersive brand experiences, beauty stations, and photography studios with acclaimed publications, including W Magazine, Rolling Stone, and The Coveteur. In addition to the It House, we work with clients to host parties and events and produce activations during the busiest time of the year in the City of Toronto, attracting international attendees to their brand.

  • Brand Activations & Experiential Marketing (From 10 – 10,000+): We work directly with you, from designing a mood board for the space to bringing each activation piece to life and creating buzz-worthy experiences that help tell your brand story to media and the public. In recent years, we completely transformed Square One’s grand rotunda into a little piece of Italy for La Dolce Vita, the shopping centre’s annual 300-person fundraiser.

  • Red Carpet Management: We know what makes a red carpet flow seamlessly and efficiently for talent and media. We develop red carpet protocol for events of all kinds, from galas to film premieres to launch parties and beyond. Our team will be on-site to facilitate media, ensure the hired photographers get the right shots, walk talent/VIPs down the carpet, prepare cheat sheets, and more.
