A Letter From Our Founder
Thank you for celebrating our 20th anniversary with us!
In reflecting upon the past 20 years, so much has changed within the industry yet so much of who we are has remained consistent. When I started the agency in 2002, I wanted to be able to pick and choose the clients and partners we work with, and to have the platform to be able to instill change. I am so proud to look back and see that these two priorities haven’t changed - we do smart, good work surrounded by people that inspire and empower us. Through our efforts and programs, we’ve been able to raise over $30M for causes around the world.
While we’re consistently learning, growing and evolving within the everchanging landscape, our guiding principles are the same. We lead with kindness, and focus on what we call the “5 Cs”: Team Culture, dedication to Cause, staying Connected to our clients, each other and the world around us, Commitment to doing good work and, Creativity through strategies and campaigns.
It is with much acknowledgment and appreciation to our partners over the past 20 years that we are here today. A huge thank you to our clients, media, friends of the agency, and of course, to our employees, without whom none of this would be possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
With love and gratitude,
Natasha

NKPR 20 Hours of Kindness
Started in 2015, NKPR launched its ‘Kindness’ campaign – an ongoing agency-wide program developed as a vehicle by which NKPR employees have the opportunity to give back to their communities. Meant to nurture and facilitate a ‘culture of kindness’, team members are encouraged to support charitable causes that they feel a connection to. Every year since, the NKPR team has gone out across the city to volunteer at various shelters, collect clothing and toy donations, raise money for the homeless community, hand out tea to commuters, and so much more. What began as a way to spread random acts of kindness during the holiday season, evolved into an annual opportunity for our staff, our friends, and our networks, to give back to the community in a truly impactful way.” On June 20th 2022, the agency will commit 20 Hours of Kindness, giving back to causes that support Ukraine refugees, homelessness, education, youth, mental health, women’s empowerment, arts & culture, and animals (rehome & rescue).
